Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.
All transactions on pk364 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Direct, Meezan Bank Internet Banking, Visa, and Mastercard.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pk364 account within three (3) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.

pk364 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, pk364 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom. In the event of termination for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the pk364 Platform, you agree to first contact pk364 customer support at [email protected] and provide full details of the dispute. pk364 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with pk364 support, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority as designated in pk364's operating licence. Both parties agree to engage in good-faith efforts to resolve disputes before initiating any formal proceedings.
pk364's settlement decisions on sports betting markets and game outcomes are final and binding, subject only to demonstrable technical error on the part of pk364.
pk364 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk364 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk364 holds its operating licence.
